Websites that sell, in 12 languages.

A 12-language website needs ongoing care. Every time your prices or services change, all 12 languages must be updated. The monthly fee already covers this work, plus hosting, SSL and a monthly report. There is no minimum contract; you can stop whenever you no longer need it.

The domain, the original text you write and the photos you give us are yours. When you stop renting, the website closes at the end of the period you paid for, and within 7 days we send back your original text and photos. The translations into 11 languages are handed over once you have paid for 12 billing cycles (yearly plan = 1 full year). If you stop before that, you can pay the remainder and receive the files. The code and design work are not handed over.

There is no minimum contract. Give 30 days' notice by message to cancel. If you cancel before work starts, the deposit is refunded in full. Once work has started (we have your deposit and all your information), the deposit is not refunded, but we do not charge the second installment. If you pay yearly and cancel mid-year, the website stays online until the end of the year you paid for, but the remaining amount is not refunded.

The setup fee is paid in 2 installments: a 50% deposit before work starts and the other 50%, together with the first monthly fee, before the website goes live. Payment is by transfer to a Thai bank account or PromptPay, in Thai baht. The monthly fee starts on the day the website goes live and is paid in advance. If a payment is more than 7 days overdue, the website is closed temporarily; we remind you on LINE or WhatsApp 3 days before it closes. It reopens within 1 business day after payment. More than 30 days overdue counts as ending the rental.

One set of changes sent in a single message, for example 5 new prices and 3 photos. We update all 12 languages within 7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). If your contact details are wrong so customers cannot reach you, such as a phone number or LINE link, we fix it within 1 business day, outside your quota. The quota does not carry over to the next month. Updates beyond the quota cost ฿1,200 each. Translation fixes are always free and outside the quota.

You do not have to write anything yourself. Fill in the form in your own language — any of the 12 languages — and we turn it into the text on your website. Then you check names, prices and key terms before the website goes live. What you need to prepare: your logo, clear and bright photos, and the contact channels you actually answer. If you do not have a domain yet, we guide you through registering one in your own account. You pay the yearly domain fee directly to the registrar, at the actual price.

A typical website is usually sold outright in 1–2 languages, and the owner then has to make changes themselves or pay for each change. With us you get 12 languages for one price, updates every month in every language you show and a statistics report, all included in the monthly fee. If you pay yearly, you pay for only 10 months but use it for 12.

No VAT is added to any price. The service is provided by an independent freelancer (an individual), who can issue receipts. Customers that are legal entities can withhold tax as the law allows.

QA is checking quality the way your customers will actually see your site, before it goes live. We check every page in all 12 languages on computer and phone screens of several sizes, check that every button and every link leads to the right place, then try them for real on iPhone and Android: the LINE button, for example, must really open a chat with you. We check that text in every language displays correctly and does not overflow its box, then measure the speed on mobile. Every time we update the site, we check it again before it goes live.

SSL encrypts the data between visitors and the website. You can tell by a web address that starts with https and the padlock icon. On a site without SSL, the browser warns visitors that it is not secure. Every site we make has SSL on every page, included in the monthly fee and renewed automatically. You do not need to do anything.

We send a summary of the past month through the channel we already talk on, such as LINE or WhatsApp: how many people visited the site, which pages were opened most, whether they used a phone or a computer, which countries they came from, how many times they contacted you, through which channel and from which language page, plus a summary of the changes made that month. The numbers are counted without cookies and without identifying visitors.

SEO means helping search engines understand your site. We do the basics in every language: each language has its own pages, titles and descriptions, we add business information that machines can read, and we register the site with Google Search Console. The content is real text that loads fast, so search engines and AI assistants that search the web can read it in every language. But nobody can guarantee a ranking on Google or that an AI will recommend your business, because that depends on competitors, reviews and factors the providers do not disclose. So we do not promise rankings, but every month we report how many people really visited.
