ChiangmaiSell operates as a service referral hub — not a marketplace — connecting people in Chiang Mai with qualified local service providers. We do not process payments, hold funds, or facilitate financial transactions between customers and providers.

2. Data We Collect

• Contact information: name, email address, phone number
• Service requirements and preferences you describe in chat
• Chat session transcripts used for intake processing and provider matching
• Device and session metadata (IP address, browser type)
• Consent records (timestamp, IP, version)

We do not collect credit card numbers, bank account details, or any financial data.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Match your service requirements with appropriate local providers after admin review
• Share your service requirements (not contact details) with your matched provider only, after admin approval
• Communicate updates about your service request
• Maintain audit logs for accountability and compliance
• Improve the quality of our referral matching

4. Legal Basis

We process your personal data on the basis of your explicit consent, given when you first use the platform. You may withdraw this consent at any time via your account dashboard.

5. Data Sharing

Your personal data is shared only with:

• Your matched service provider — service requirements only, after admin review
• Our infrastructure providers (Google Cloud, Firebase) under data processing agreements

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with advertisers or third-party marketers.

6. Your PDPA Rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA), you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of your personal data
• Correction — request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion — request erasure of your personal data
• Withdrawal — withdraw consent at any time (available in your account settings)
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
• Objection — object to processing in certain circumstances

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as required by law. Chat session data is retained for service quality and audit purposes. You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting us.
