Getting Started
ChiangmaiSell is an AI-powered concierge service that helps you find trusted local service providers in Chiang Mai. Tell us what you need, and our team will match you with the right specialist — personally reviewed, not auto-matched.
Yes, it's completely free for customers. You describe your needs, we match you with a provider, and any payments are made directly between you and your provider. ChiangmaiSell does not charge customers.
Simply click 'Start a Free Request', create an account with email, Google, or Facebook, and start chatting with our AI concierge. It will ask you the right questions to understand your needs.
How It Works
Our AI assistant asks you structured questions about your project — location, timeline, budget range, and specific requirements. Once it has enough information, our team reviews your request and finds the best match from our vetted provider network.
Our admin team personally reviews every request and selects the most suitable provider. We don't use auto-matching algorithms. Every connection is human-reviewed for quality.
For privacy and quality reasons, provider details are shared only after the match is confirmed. You'll receive an anonymized summary of the provider's qualifications before accepting the connection.
Payments & Pricing
No. ChiangmaiSell does not process, hold, or guarantee any payments. All pricing, quotes, and payment arrangements are made directly between you and your matched provider.
No. We may share general benchmark estimates during the intake process, but the final quote always comes directly from the provider. We recommend getting a written quote before proceeding.
No hidden fees for customers. ChiangmaiSell is free to use. Providers may have their own service fees which they will communicate directly to you.

Privacy & Trust
Yes. We follow Thailand's PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act) guidelines. Your contact information is only shared with your matched provider after the connection is confirmed. You can request data deletion at any time. See our Privacy Notice for details.
Contact us and we'll review the situation. While the service agreement is between you and your provider, our team can help mediate or suggest alternative providers if needed.
Absolutely. ChiangmaiSell is designed primarily for English speakers. Our AI concierge works in English, and our providers are selected for their ability to communicate with international clients.
